    Section Not Working, and timer doesnt work

    We installed these lights and found that a 2m section of them doesn't work.

    We also left them plugged in and found that they do not go off after 8 hours, nor do they come back on after 16 hours.

    To help us address the problem, we kindly ask you to check the following steps:


    1. Please try removing the power adaptor from the light set by unscrewing it, then reconnect it again to ensure a secure connection.

    2. If possible, could you send us photos showing the section of lights that is not working? This will help us forward the issue to the appropriate team for further assistance. You can attach the photos to this email or send them to support@ansio.co.uk.

    3. Could you also provide a photo of the batch number, which can be found on the tag near the power adaptor on the lead cable wire?
